This privacy policy describes what personal data IMAZ s.r.o. processes in connection with the operation of this website, for what purposes, with whom it is shared, and how long it is retained. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

What data we process
Contact form
Name, e-mail, phone number, street, subject and message content, and any attachments. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
“Water meter reading” form
First name, surname, e-mail, phone number, supply point address, meter number, meter reading (m³), reading date, an optional note, and an optional photo of the meter. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical data
When you visit the site, our servers and providers process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, access time) to the extent necessary for the operation, security, and protection of the site.
Recipients and processors
We do not publish or sell personal data to third parties. To operate the site we use the following processors:

International data transfer: Cloudflare, Inc., based in the USA, processes data via its global infrastructure. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are safeguarded in accordance with the GDPR on the basis of a Data Processing Addendum and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Retention period
- Contact form enquiries: 12 months after the enquiry is resolved.
- Water meter reading data: 5 years after the end of the customer relationship.
After these periods, personal data is securely deleted unless further retention is required by specific legislation.
Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse. Data submitted through the forms is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS, and access to the data is restricted to authorised persons.
Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary (technical) cookies required for its proper functioning and security — for example, session cookies and Cloudflare Turnstile cookies for bot protection. We do not use analytics, marketing, or profiling cookies. For this reason, the site does not display a cookie consent banner.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
